Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the JustFilms client dashboard (the “Service”). By signing in or otherwise using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is a private portal for JustFilms clients. It is used to share quotations, record approvals, and deliver photographs and films for a booked event. It is not a public marketplace and is not available for general sign-up — accounts are created by JustFilms for its clients and staff.

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Do not share your gallery links or account access with anyone you would not want to see the material.

A quotation shown in the dashboard is a proposal, valid until the date stated on it, and prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Selecting or approving items in the dashboard records your intent and helps us finalise the scope of work.

A quotation is not by itself a binding contract. The engagement — the shoot itself, deliverables, payment schedule, cancellation, and rescheduling — is governed by the signed agreement or invoice between you and JustFilms. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

• Your content. Details and briefs you submit remain yours. You grant us permission to use them to plan and deliver your project.
• Our work. JustFilms retains copyright in the photographs and films it creates. On full payment, you receive a licence to view, download, print, and share them for personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions. Please do not resell delivered material, use it commercially, or edit it in a way that materially alters the original work, without our written consent. Any promotional use of your images by JustFilms is governed by your signed agreement.
• Branding. The JustFilms name, logo, and dashboard design remain our property.

You agree not to:

• Access accounts, galleries, or quotations that are not yours.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass the Service's security or access controls.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute content beyond your own project material.
• Upload malware, or use the Service for anything unlawful.
• Interfere with the Service's normal operation or place unreasonable load on it.

We aim to keep the Service available and your gallery accessible, but we provide it on an “as is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of it, and we carry out maintenance from time to time. Galleries may be archived after an extended period — please keep your own copy of anything you want to retain permanently.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustFilms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, or for loss of data caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our liability relating to the underlying photography engagement is governed by your signed agreement.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used in a way that puts other clients’ material at risk. You may ask us to close your account at any time by writing to us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
