Privacy Policy

JustFilms (“we”, “us”) is a wedding photography and cinematography studio based in India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the JustFilms client dashboard, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this dashboard only.

• Account information. Your name, email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the basic profile details Google returns, such as your profile picture. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Booking details. Phone number, event dates, venue, city, partner name, and similar details you or your photographer add so we can prepare and deliver your work.
• Project content. Quotations, comments and approvals you submit, creative briefs, and the photographs and films associated with your event.
• Technical information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) and the cookies described below.

If you choose “Continue with Google”, we request only basic, non-sensitive scopes: your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We use them solely to create and authenticate your dashboard account and to address you correctly in the interface.

JustFilms’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as described in “Who we share information with” below. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

• To create your account and keep you signed in securely.
• To prepare, share, and track quotations, and to record your approvals.
• To host and deliver your photographs and films through your private gallery.
• To send transactional email about your project — for example a welcome message or a notice that a quotation is ready. We do not send marketing email from the dashboard.
• To keep the service secure, diagnose faults, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the dashboard, and only as far as they need it:

• Supabase — account authentication and database hosting.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage of photographs, films, and other media.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email.
• Vercel — application hosting and server logs.

These providers may process data outside India. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights. We never share your event photographs publicly without your permission.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session and theme preference. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies in the dashboard.

We keep your account and project information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that you can return to your gallery and so we can meet legal, accounting, and archival obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Access to your data is restricted at the database level, so you can only see records belonging to your own account. Media is served through short-lived, signed links rather than public URLs, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to close your account. Write to us at justfilms.weddings@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile, quotations, and gallery access; we may retain a minimal record of the engagement where the law requires it.

The dashboard is intended for adults arranging professional photography services. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you by email.
